there are SO many toxins all around us.....sheets are treated with formaldehyde,

it is in our laundry detergent (along with fiberglass), our make-up, shampoo,

BABY shampoo even. I've no doubt that the toxins are what the fibro is from.

if there is interest & if it is acceptable, i'll post some info to the list. I

know we aren't allowed to promote any products or companies, so I want this to

be clear....I work for a company that manufactures non-toxic products & it is

thru this company that I have learned so much about toxins in the home. I can

share or not - whatever the list owner says.

where do you get the non toxic cleaners?

I did some searching about 6 months ago on the internet and found

some great alternatives, but they all seemed so expensive compared to

the regular run of the mill types.

I also have made some lifestyle changes, and have found that by

eating a lot more organic foods, i have felt a bit better...distilled

water instead of tap, no more " boxed " dinners, ect...

now if I could only kick smoking, I am sure I would improve!!

You know, I am getting a little tired of reading comments like this. We all

know the rules and to keep repeating them is making a point, a very bad

point, about the fact that the owner of this list has the right to make the

rules and for us to follow them. So, do you think that folks could accept

the fact that we are not stupid and stop this childish nonsense.

my intention was to be *respectful* of the list owners rules. certainly not to

offend.

I am not being nasty. I am being honest. I have got tired of all of the

comments about (if the Moderator allows) that are being used. We know the

rules so this is a remark that is unnecessary.

If you have any questions about what can be posted and what not, write to the

List Owner or the Moderator. My intention was not to be " nasty " but to be

honest.

Sorry I just got home and read this post...I'm sure there are alot of

comments people get tired of, but they bite their tounge, as I have done for

the past couple of days, but I don't tell what comment is warranted and what

isn't or what comment is unnecssary and so on and so forth. I'm also sure

that everyone pretty much knows who they can contact as it is on every email

we send and the website.

So I will let this go at this.....I didn't mean that in a nasty way when I

asked if " we woke up on the wrong side of the bed... " If I did you would know

it...I'm a person who speaks my mind as well, but in the same respect I bite

my tounge when needbe....

Granted Email's are hard to read what a person is really saying due to the

lack of " body language " , but rather than making it public and causing a big

upstir in emotions like it did me at 4:30 this morning...maybe if we all have

a problem from now on or a suggestion we could email one of the two head

honcho's PRIVATELY....just a suggestion. Take it or leave it.

I think it would be crazy for you to leave over something like this.

Your a pretty nice girl..and we all deserve to get as much information as we

can. I would really like to see you stay. Lots of hugzzz 2 ya'll

Hi Donna,

Welcome to the group. It's important to learn all that you can, and it's also

important to keep a file of all your lab results. You can ask for copies and

jot down how you felt at the time of the test. Some people have euthyroid

Graves' disease, in that they develop the eye disease but have no signs of

thyroid disease. Most of these people eventually do develop a thyroid

disorder.

Please visit my web site at http://daisyelaine_co.tripod.com/gravesdisease/

Take care, Elaine
