Guest guest
my eye surery went well. However the surgery/whatever triggered a migraine and it took me most of the week to fend it off. It was whopper of one so it has been a tough week. I used my stash of pain pills up trying to find something to overcome it along with all the pressure points, ice etc. I had an abraision and also had to have a stitch. Anything with my left eye triggers a migraine so it could have been any of them. The surgery was interesting...some people see nothing while others see some color and even others like me see a kaleidoscope of blues, pinks and greens. The best I can describe it is like seeing the northern lights. It kept me occupied for sure. I was seeing 20/25 in the doctor's office, which means for the first time in 40 years with one eye I can see my toes without glasses! Now I have to just be patient until I can have the other eye done.
