Lately, I have been experincing (again!) feelings of wanting to be alone, by myself, reserved and without communicating with anyone.

Do you sometimes feel this way? I can be so isolating and challenging. But it can also be very revealing and enlightening, depending on how it is handled.

Most of the times I try to focus my thoughts on prayer and meditation when I am feeling this way. If not, then I could really go off on the deep end with my emotions and thoughts. I find that prayer and meditating on things that are positive and encouraging are helpful during these times.

For example, recently, I took myself back to when I was a teenager and struggling with a lot of issues. But with blessings, proper guidance and determination I was able to overcome most of those challenges that were beating me down as a teen. So, I looked and reflected and prayed for answers on how was able to do all of those things at such a young and inexperience age... and the answers came to me as clear as day.

Now each one of us will have different scenarios and different answers. The point is, reflect on a period in your life when you were having great difficulty and was able to overcome it. Then give very careful thought and list the qualities that allowed you to overcome and be victorious! NOW, apply so same qualities and attitude to this situation, and watch what happens.

Anybody willing to try this with me on a day to day basis whereas we hold each other accountable to our success or lack of?

If so, drop me a note and I will get in touch with you. Mind you, this is not something that will last a week or a month or so. This is a long term commitment to each others growth and development and how we handle our challenges. So if you are willing to committ in persuing this Degree on line, just let me know and we can develop our own curricula as we progress.

I look foreward to hearing back from you.

Brother (Smiles to you)!
