Guest guest
My daughter was a melas. She passed away on June 2002 after she dx'd a melas and put her on the mito-cocktail nearly 5 years. It seemed that the cocktail didn't help her much. I would suggest better take care the patients not to suffer from serious stress and worry. My wife and my sister-in-law are both suspected melas but they are living very well because they are really caring by themselves and always feeling optimistic. They are not taking any cocktail but they control their foods (more vegetable, less meat). They only taking Lingzhi (Ganoderma Lucidum) and Cordycep (both are medical fungi) daily as supplement. They both suffering from diabetes and depending on insulin. My wife is hearing loss and has muscle cramping. She is very stable and a happy woman. I would suggest if the patient has no symptom of diabetes for the time being, please be careful the diabetic attack at anytime. My daughter was due to the negligence of the medical staff did not aware she was attacked by the diabetes and finally caused her death.
