Guest guest
Hi folks; I live downtown Seattle and have not been able to go to any support groups because of their locations. As far as I'm aware, they are in Montlake Terrace, Kirkland and Renton. None of these locations are possible for someone who must take the bus. This is particularly a problem at night which is when the meetings are. However, there are four hospitals in Seattle alone that offer WLS. They are, University of Washington; Swedish-Ballard; Group Health; and Virginia Mason. That's twice as many hospitals as Portland yet, there's a tremendous amount of support and activities in that city. I'm contemplating trying to organize a support group for the Seattle area with the support of one of the above hospitals in the form of facility loan. However, this isn't feasible if I'm the only one interested. Can I get a show of hands of all those who would be interested? I'd also like your feedback. Thanks much and group <<<< >>>> gobo pre-ds BMI 55.5 [hopefully] Dr. " Sometimes We Never Know How We Influence the Lives of Others, Yet We Touch Those Lives Just the Same "
