Matt, I will keep you in my prayers that you will feel better sooner rather

then later, hang in buddy.

Blessings,

Marla

Matt,

I am truly sorry that you are in such a flare. The pred should help, also-- make sure that you are getting enough fluids down. If you are in the least tiny bit dehydrated-- the joint pain escalates. This also will help with the kidney stones to get them flushed out of your system.

Also, if you can get some MSM Powder--take a tsp in a 1/4 cup of water, and it works very, very fast. It saves me from using pain meds-- truly.

What other meds are you on for your sarcoidosis? I'm working on only 1/2 of a brain, (Quint has the other half--he used to collect them) and I think Rose has my gnome hat-- she's doing well with it though-- so I'll let her hang on to it for a while longer.

Do take good care of yourself, and don't push past what your body tells you to do.

Sincerely,

Tracie
