We live 64 miles North of Mobile in a small town..... If you are looking for medical care around here the best place is near Birmingham, Al. where they have Children's Hospital and St. 's Hospital. We travel 3 1/2 hours one way to Children's. They are on the web so you can check them out. Not sure if St. V's has a website. After years and years of searching for answers to our daughters medical problems we made one visit to Dr. Holly Mussell at St. s and she said she was almost sure it was mito and she sent us to Dr. Shoffner in Atlanta for a muscle biopsy. She was right on. Wishing you all the best and let me know if I can help you with anything.
