Using only the Pep?

Is anyone using ONLY the Peptizyde and not the Zyme Prime? Isn't the

Pep supposed to be specifically for phenolic foods? My daughter is

currently on the GFCF diet and we think she may have a problem with

phenols, too. So, that's why we are considering just the Pep. Please

help... I'm still new at this.

No, Pep is for gluten, casein, and other proteins like soy and meats.

Zyme Prime is for carbs, fats, and it does work for some phenolic

foods, altho not all.

From this description I would try just the Zyme Prime.

Vicky,

If your goal is only to help with tolerating phenols, the ZP may help

a little.

My son was gfcfsf, egg free, corn free, etc. for a year before we

started the enzymes. We saw many improvements from the diet. When

we added the Peptizyde and Zyme Prime, we saw even greater

improvements in many areas of development/behavior.

We eventually went off the diet and the improvements continued with

the use of the enzymes. I would consider both enzymes if you want

all the possible improvements, although I would only start one of

them at a time (the Pep is necessary for going off the diet).
