Guest guest Posted July 22, 2006 Report Share Posted July 22, 2006 I want to apologize to everyone, especially the moderators & chat room hosts, for my lack of participation recently. I have just been so overwhelmed by everything, and much more fatigued than any time except when the systemic symptoms first started 5+ years ago. So I expect it's a sarc flare, but the docs don't want to treat me until we get this kidney situation figured out. I see the doctor at the I.U. Sarc clinic next week & the nephrologist the following week. My digital camera croaked, and most of you know how important my camera is to me. My dog Annie has heartworms again (she was treated before we adopted her & had a neg. test, but my vet thinks it was a false neg.). It will cost $400-600 to treat her. My son's marriage is over, after two years, and he has been avoiding me because he feels like a failure. It's just one thing after another & it seems like I have to choose between my family, sleep, and the group. Sorry, guys, but you've been third lately. I am going to try hard to catch up on email this weekend. Ron, I can't promise to be at the chat Sunday. I used to stay up to midnight or later all the time, but now I just cant do it. Maybe we can try an earlier time. Also, I can't type long since the carpal tunel surgery. I still have a large wrap & splint & just typing this note is very uncomfortable. So I'm going to sign off for now & try to get back to you in a couple of hours. I care about you all, and think of you often (when I'm not asleep!). It'll be all right, in time. I know that.
