, I am sorry Hailey is unwell again. You guys need a break! My Sam has done this to the point of even having fixed and dilated pupils as if he is in a coma. It is scary but seems to be benign. Our doctors think it is a mitochondria crisis for lack of a better word - he just can not find the energy he needs to do anything but shut down pretty dramatically. If we leave him alone and just support him as we can (appropriate fluids, blood if needed, 02 if needed, etc.) then he comes around eventually but I think some episodes have lasted close to a week for the really scary part and then a few weeks more until he can stay awake longer than an hour or so.
