You know I'll talk about anything. LOL I haven't been

constipated since 1970 when they forgot to give me my

laxatives after my daughter was born. OK a couple of

times since the chemo started I have. I know this will

sound crazy but my sister & I went out to eat at a

Mexican restaurant one month & I didn't have to strain

at all! I also have a spastic colon, don't eat much

red meat or fried things & have to be careful about

spices so I tend to be at the other end of the BM

scale. LOL Anyway, this may not work for anyone else

but it's one night you won't have to do dishes!
