Hey and Connie, I wanted to jump in here as just hopefully clear up the confusion with the different chats. The chats are not intended to divide us, they were made like this as an option.. We are and have been one caring and loving group, as we still are, the faith based chat was given as an option so that we could have a chose. There are those in our group that are very passionate about their faith in God, and for those of you that haven't been with us for a very long time you've been spared the hurt and confusion and division that the topic of religion has been in the group, those that are totally against the thought of faith in God have been hurt and discussed and those that believe firmly that God has done miracles in their lives have been upset as well..

So, there is the delemia of what to do, everyone's faith in whatever God, path, etc. how can we all be happy with each other.. To some, this is a tool to witness to other members of the group and to some that is the very least thing that they want to happen.. The option of attending which and whatever chat you choose is your's and your's alone.. I know that the regular chat hasn't been that active as of yet due to illnesses of the host, and let me add here if anyone is interested in helping with the regular chats please please step forward and let Tracie or any of the moderators know, I'm sure they would appreciate the help..

Hope this wasn't clear as mud, as we say down south, and I definately don't want to hurt or mislead anyone.

Before you come after me with a stick, I don't have a way to participate in the chat sessions, so I'm not pushing a personal agenda.

I'm a little confused though about why it would make anyone mad about the faith based chat, there is a regular session as well for people that want that forum. I don't think anyone is excluding anyone else, the people in this group are too caring and concerned with other folks to do something like that, and I have never felt like anyone in this group thought they were better than anyone else. Believe me, I used to go to a site that supposedly was to help people with sarcoid, and got treated like dirt, and like a lesser person.

Even though it is not possible for me to participate in either chat group, I am by no means excluded or left out. Everyone has been extremely kind about answering my questions and helping me get through the aggrevation that comes from this illness.

As to our purpose, we email each other about everything under the sun, including our children. I have three, and only one of them is grown and on her own. There are special concerns there, and that would be a good subject for either chatroom. People with children they are caring for have a special set of problems and worries to contend with.

I hope I haven't made you too angry, that was truly not my intent.

I am sure i can speak for many... in the world There Faith in what ever Choice of Religion they have,, gets them through there problems.. but this is starting to seperate the purpose of this NS Group Correct???

And to add a note ... I AM A PERSON OF STRONG CHARACTER ALSO !!

Second.. My Faith is not getting me through anything... MY living for my Son is, So should we start a Child based chat also?? this is so not right.
