Guest guest
Hello there, Well I have a comment for Rose and responses to Barb & Tracie. Rose, I think it was you that had mentioned about having a "Bio" (shorten for Biography) regarding a person's past & present status then again I could be wrong. Why??? Well Barb responded about nerve testing in a response to what I had said about this periheral neuropathy. If I had this "Bio" information for anyone to read and had updated when I had this nerve testing done, she wouldn't have wrote that aspect about that. Barb, after reading the above message to Rose, you can see I had this done before. I had an EMG Nerve Test done in 2002 or 2003 I forget which year now. I had this very same test done again with having Nerve Conduction Velosity Test done this past December, 2005. From this results I have a small amount of sensory nerve loss or abnornality. You mentioned about Diabeetes Blood Testing like I did in my last e-mail. This test of up to 131 I think was done in 2002 or 2003. Sorry here I should have stated that this was done a few years ago. I read your e-mail & Tracie's e-mail today here at the library and conquenstly Kathy poked my finger to check my blood sugar this morning. It was 107 I believe if my stupid memory doesn't fail me. Barb, I had test blood testing that was extensive like you had before too. I had to fast for 12 hours, then I went to this V.A. Health Clinic where I go to and had blood drawn for this. After the first one, then I had blood drawn an half an hour later, then blood drawn an hour later, then likewise again an hour later. This lasted for 4 hours like you had done. This test for Diabeetes was negative. If my memory doesn't fail me again, I believe this was done last year. I'am scheduled to have this done again in about 2 months. I have gain back weight though. I was at a peak weight of 194 lbs. in December, 2001 during that period of time it was unknown what these "lesions" were in my lungs. By the following December, 2002 or may have been Janurary, 2003 I went down to 172 lbs. and I wasn't doing any exercise at all. I mean exercise of jogging, arobics, weight lifting, etc. The exercise I did then if you can call this is walking to and from a store or likewise of to and from my second story apartment. Since Janurary, 2003 I've been around 175 lbs for the most part. But I think I have moved up to 180 lbs. now. Tracie, like I said above. This blood sugar test of 131 was done a number of years ago. Even at that, that is not as high as Kathy's blood sugar has been. Her's has been up to 190 something or more. I have no money to pay for staying at hotel, food, & traveling expenses to see this V.A. Sarcoidosis Specialist Doctor. It may have been Connie who mentioned this that this doc is down in Georgia. Going down to Georgia I believe would be out of the question for me anyway because of what I just mentioned and the fact my "Old Fart" primary care doctor said of a recent visit to him that I don't have Sarcoidosis. I think I very well would have an specialist of this medical training to have a diagnois of having this still or not. The lung doctor I had seen at Ann Arbor V.A. Hospital about 2 weeks ago told me that I don't have active sarcoid in my lungs. This matter I accept and this summarization about my lungs is more than likely true. However this pain in my lungs is or I should say probility from existing sarcoid lesions that had develope there these past few years if this is sarcoid lesions there. I don't have "enough" overall sarcoid symptoms to have a nerve biospy, let alone that Radium 67 Scan which I desired to have going back to fall, 2002 and never had this done to date as I write. Rambling over. (alias - y'all know this is just me joking around here, don't you?) How low will we go? Check out Yahoo! Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
