Guest guest
Recently, I saw a post by , other than that I do not see many post by the men of the group. Quint used to post often, but I have not seen any thing from him lately. And what about Matt in Seattle, he's been quietly also. I hope everyone is alright. But to make sure, will all the men in the group send a shout out so we know that all is well? I look forward to your response. Guest guest
Matt, Sorry you are still having the same medical problems with the kidney stones and your eyes. You said you were getting depressed about it. I get depressed a lot myself . I think I am the queen of depression here. I am on several drugs for depression and anxiety and was never on them until I became ill with sarc. I know how hard it is to have the feeling of hopelessness every day. You feel like nothing is helping and you are stuck in the same old rut. You isolate yourself and I felt like the doctors weren't even helping me. But then I learned especially from tuning into this group every day that there is support out there. Try to take life one day at a time. Try not to overwhelm yourself with the whole picture. Think of the positive influences in your life. Try to keep yourself busy each day, even if its a little something. I know that's what helped me. I hope this helps you feel better and I hope your physical needs are taken care of soon. Then maybe you can do some more traveling!
