What about dried fruit?

extremely high in sugar, but in small amounts (like in trail mix) with nuts--it's better than nothing. Dried fruit concentrates the sugars.

Terri, Terri, Terri. You know that nothing that tastes good is good for you, right? Actually, that's not true. I love spinach, kale & all those greens, just cooked, with some vinegar. I also love okra with tomatoes. My family gags. I eat 10 oz. bags of brussels sprouts for dessert. Say, want to come to my house for supper some night? Yummmmm.

Iusually have a serving per day - do you think that is too much sugar? Iam having a hard time finding something that sounds good and have reallyenjoyed it.Terri G.>> >>> > What about dried fruit?> >> >>> extremely high in sugar, but in small amounts (like in trail mix) with> nuts--it's better than nothing.
