This time it was on my left side, passed through and i though my heart was going to burst. I couldn't move and the pain went down into my left forearm. When this happenend before, I would ask someone to form a fist and put pressure on the spot in my back, but it didn't help this time. The only thing I could think of was that this is it !and I would end up in the hosiptal or worse and ruin everyones weekend. After about 10 minutes, it went away, but left me with some dull pain in my arm. Voiced pomy Don't just search. Find. MSN Search Check out the new MSN Search! Yahoo! Guest guest
I have never had this type of pain or feelings, but I think you should go to the hospital and get this checked out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I did have some chest pains at one time and went to the doctor and had to wear a heart monitor for 48 hours. Please take immediate action with this situation. Guest guest
Pomy, how many times have you felt this? Did you ever tell a doctor about it? You definitely need to be evaluated ASAP. I don't know anything about your health care system over there, but please see a doctor right away. Whatever is wrong is not going to just go away. Guest guest
Pomy, I have had this happen to me at least 4 or five times- I was scared to death the first time and went to the ER. Whenever you have chest pain and pain in you arm you should always get a complete exam done NO MATTER WHAT. Twice I have been hooked up to holter monitors,it records you heart, the second time it was for four days. He wanted to do a cardiac cath- and I said no thanks- the ekg was normal and it was a very expensive test. When he saw that I had no way to pay for the further tests he said " had " to be done, the cardiologist decided it was esophageal spasms that was causing the chest pain and it triggered muscle spasms in my arm.Irene
