Hey guys, I know what you mean\ about sitting in the sun, I can't tolerate it either, but I have a new endocrinologist, that is really wonderful, she checked my vitamin D levels and mine was almost none existent. So I have to take a Vitamin D daily, same thing with my calcium, which explains why when I fall I've started breaking bones.

Being a woman and going through the "M" word, you have to have some of these in your body, The problem is getting to much, wether it be from the sun or via tablet. Please make sure you check with you physician and make sure you're not robbing yourself, Or you'll end up like me with a broken ankle on one leg and a broken foot on the other..

The "Key" factor in all of this is moderation and balance.
