There is no charge for fastpasses, whether one has a disability or not.

We went last year and you dont need the fastpass. We just used that lane to access rides and attractions when there was no handicapped entrance. Everything was provided by Give Kids The World and your affected child will get a button that will get them everything and all the perks too!
