Hi Kim - My husband had shingles a couple of years back... I feel terrible that you are suffering with this... My good friend who is, like 's mother, in her eighties has had shingles for months. She said she'd never wish it on her worst enemy. I just wanted to let you know that hers are not visible now. The red rashy patches have gone, but the doctor said they don't have to be there in order for you to have shingles. The pain is still attacking her nerves and she is in misery. I had never heard of that before, so I thought you might want to know - just in case your skin's appearance improves and you don't feel relief from the pain. And just FYI - I'm checking with her daughter-in-law - there was some type of aloe bath or other bath additive that she used that gave her a lot of relief while soaking in a tub. I'll let you know. And I'll ask for a more
