Guest guest
Madonna, I am so sorry to hear that more heartache has come your way. I can't imagine what you are up against. I am glad that you are still with us to vent. You know that you can do that, and it's ok. We still hold hearts and hands and prayers for each other. I know that the recovery your looking at is a long road. Girl, don't lose faith. It's ok to get angry, to grieve, to cry, swear, wish you could hit something, or scream. Then we pull up our bootstraps and get on with getting better. And yes-- everyone, buckle up. Even if your state doesn't require it-- trees and pavement don't give. Madonna, do take care. Be kind to yourself. Know we're here when you need us. Love to you, Tracie NS Co-owner/moderator
Guest guest
Dear Madonna, I am sorry to hear of this unfortunate accident. Really I am. I will pray for you and your family as you requested. I wish you healing emotionally and physically. Try to be strong, Madonna. When the walls start to close in on you and your emotions are more than you can bare, that is the most important time to cry out for help, stenght and courage. Be blessed and be healed my friend. Guest guest
Madonna, I'm so sorry for the loss of your father, especially in such an unexpected way. Thank God Russ & Josiah are okay--a birthday to remember, huh? I can't imagine how uncomfortable your brace must be, especially in the summer. Please just take it easy, let your family & friends take care of you. You know that they want to do things for you; give them that gift of being able to help. I understand your feelings--I'm always ticked off when I read about a drunk driver walking away without a scratch after killing or hurting someone else. But you know what? I'm sure that some of these buggers have sarc or similar diseases. We might not hear from them, or hear their whole story (can you imagine someone saying, "Hi, I'm new to the site. I'm a murdering SOB who was diagnosed with NS last year . . . . . . etc.") Just remember that it's okay to vent, rant, rave, cuss, etc. We understand where you are coming from. Praying for rapid healing, and BTW, if you smoke, stop now! The nicotine interferes with healing with fractures. The patch is no good either for this; still has nicotine. Blessings to you & your family, and a belated Happy Birthday to Josiah. Ramblin' Rose Moderator Check out the future of MSN Spaces! Share with friends and explore new ones.
