General Enzyme comparisons

Thanks to Mandi for bringing this to my attention. It is comparison

chart for a whole bunch of over the counter enzymes products.

Although none are specifically designed for the casein/gluten or AS

conditions, they are standard enzymes. It is just fun to look at the

wide range of prices and formulations. Most run about the same amount

of amylase but the proteases and especially the lipases are all over

the board. .
