Kass, Patty, and all,

Colin has 4 or 5 fillings and he will be getting his first crown in a

few weeks (he is 8). He had his first filling in a 2 year molar by the

time he was 2 1/2. It couldn't have been from hygenie--the tooth was

only erupted for 5 or 6 months. His blood calcium has been

elevated--perhaps he is pulling calcium from his teeth and bones. Has

anyone heard anything about tooth demineralization in mito? We also

have defective enamel in the family--my sister's 12 year old had many of

his permanent teeth come in with no enamel. Evan had a slew of

fillings, but things have gotten better since he started on the mito

cocktail in 2000.
