Guest guest
Thanks so much for the encouragement Marla, it truly helps. I'm still a little under the weather my heart is really ticked off. It keeps skipping (probably my nice little PAC's) and that makes me really tired, but I'm good////Hugs ConnieMarla wrote: Oh Connie, I am sorry to hear this, could it be pleurisy? That is very painful, but I suppose a granuloma would make more sense, either way it does not sound like a good situation. I hope you are some better today. I had read about the MSM in your other emails but wasn't quite what it was or how to use it////Thanks again, it would be nice to get some relief. I ended up meeting a bunch of nice firemen yesterday on my job (rescue-arghhh). The doctor in the er thinks there is something between my lungs and ribs or my ribs and chest wall. Something got hung and it felt like someone had stuck a fishhook through my lower rib and them run the sting up to my corotid and hooked it again with a really short string. Everything I tried to take a tiny breath it felt like someone was stabbing me in between my ribs. I couldn't get but about an 1/8th of a breath, tears were streaming down my face and after about 30 minutes I decided I might better get some help. Ain't life fun when you have sarc. 125mg of solu-medrol, 10 of pred, and nitro spray, oxygen and life got a little better. What was wierd was my Sp02 - while I was in the er it only averaged between 93 and 95. I wouldn't let them keep me, to expensive and they can't do anything anyway. I'll see my pulmonologist later about it, funny thing is I have been telling him about this place for months. Whatever........ I will hush complaining now.....You guys take care - Hugs, Connietiodaat@... wrote: Ever since I lowered my pred, I have been having extreme pain in some of my joints, hands and lower back, to the point that standing and coming up and down stairs was a real problem at times and I'm as stiff as a board. Connie, have I told you about the MSM powder that I use. This has been so helpful with that stiffness and pain. I use 1 tsp in 1/4 cup of water, drink it down--then drink a glass of water following it. IT works within 10 minutes-- and my sarc induced arthritic pain is so much better. I get mine from Blue Mountain Herbs Inc. 1-. I but the 1 lp container-- and it lasts a month or more. The MSM cream also helps with the 'thin skin" that you get from prednisone. I went to a new rheumie that didn't know his head from a hole in the ground and he says. Your muscles are just tired from sitting at your job, do these exercises and lose weight and it should be fine. YEAH RIGHT!! AARRGH-- another peckerhead with a degree. I guess the granulomas you can feel in my hands, and the junk showing in the xray of my knee are all there because my body doesn't like my job. According to our government- the USA has the best medicine and doctors in the world-- wonder where they're sending it too. . . Duhhhhh, Big Red Truck ////ConnieLOL!
