I've had him starting as a foster parent to him when he was 5 years old, then I gained legal custody when he was 7, I waited till he was 13 to get the legal adoption because I thought it would be helpful if he was old enough to have a say in his status, which he did. I can truly say I've been blessed, I never thought I'd ever want anyone to call me moma before, but the first time he said that word, I was shocked and touched beyond words. I had had him for a year, I melted like a bowl of ice cream. lol t -- Re: 's guys :I did see the picture of your son and dog. What an awesome picture.
