Guest guest
Rosie Posie..... I haven't been feeling well since Christmas. I feel cold almost all the time. Hmmm.....it IS winter....lol. And achey and sleepy and on and on....gggrrrrr. I could have ranted so bad earlier this day...so bad your eyes would have watered. But...I was too busy and my hubby was home today. I found out that all my co-pays have doubled. And they probably announced it in a meeting at my husband's job months ago but being that he sleeps through most of those....!!!!! AAAAHHHHH...anyway...I have calmed down since finding out and will somehow manage to rework the budget since I have done it many many times before. I guess I'm gonna have to put some of my paintings on e-bay. It honestly feels to me like I'm putting up one of my own children for adoption. I'll take pictures of them before I do. My mom has some kindof weird virus or so says her doctor. Sometimes I just think they are too lazy to look into it correctly. ...everything is a virus. Next time she should ask him what kind of virus. I was told that a few times, too, before my sarc really flared up and they finally knew it wasn't a virus. And my mom-in-law was in the hospital this weekend and they had to give her three units of blood cuz her white blood count was low. ...that doesn't sound right. am I saying that right? oh well....it's 3:30 in the am so read between the lines ok?....lol. So many people are sick around me but it is winter and both of those special ladies are in their late 80's. You know these insurance companies are really pissing me off...making it hard to get proper scripts and punishing you further just cuz you got sick...constantly trying to get you to take generics when they just don't work for me sometimes. I wish I could just stop taking some of my meds...that would solve the financial crap . But which ones?! Damn it I need them all and if I stop taking one I'll be in alot worse shape than I am in now. Time to pray big time and see what the Big DOC will do, hey? well it's off to go to bed and see what happens next. hugs to all S.Rose wrote: Where is everybody? Guest guest
Hi , No wonder you have been so quiet lately. I am sorry you haven't been feeling well. I know exactly how you feel about forking over the hefty copays on the meds we take. I take 15 types of medications and even though I have insurance the copays sure do add up. My insurance changed over last year like yours did and the copays doubled , too. My PCP doctor and I tried to go over which ones I could possibly cut out to maybe save some money. But you are right! I need them all! There are none that I can do without. I was hoping he would give me samples . BUt only one of my doctors will give me some once in awhile. I hope your mother and mother-in-law are doing better. Like you said it is the bad season, so take care of yourself and rest up , okay? Cheer up, too. I hope things look brighter for you tommorrow.
