Tracie, Because Kathy had these complications involved in her surgery and she was "doped up" due to the anthestic (you know, that IV stuff they put in your veins to fall asleep) late that afternoon she had to stay overnight. This happened to me when I had that Mesiscopy (I know this is mispelled) back in Dec 2001. Kathy won't be bedridden as I thought she would for 2 months or more but this wasn't a "no big deal surgery" either. I told her they cut away about 2 inches of hair around this right ear that this surgery took place. Her response in her crazy state of her mind due to taking those antibotics and pain pills was, "I'll cut some hair off of that doctor's hair". Her mind is a little like it's "not all there". She is just acting a little wonkie, now. I know enough of her that I think this all due to the post surgery drugs she is taking like I said above. This other ear doctor she was seeing years ago said that this pain in her

head at that time years ago was due to dental problems in her jaw. This doctor is just a D.O. doctor, whatever D.O. stands for. Why didn't this ear doctor, Dr.Barak have a MRI on her head anytime those years ago? This was from the mid 1980's through the 1990's. Update on me. I have an appointment to see an Rheumologist doc 3 weeks from tomorrow. This medcine I have isn't doing much good or no good at all. 2003 I think I was on this Salstate drug of 750mg. I got reduced down to 500mg. of this same drug because I felt at the time 750mg. was too hard on my stomach. Now at times these last few weeks, I've taken 2 of these 500mg. of this drug of course with food. Even double dosing of this is not doing much. You know my demenia of taking that Prednisone or any of it's "cousins" of simliar anti-inflammatary immune suppression gobbly gook drugs. Yet my crappy immune system still has this sinus infection going on for at least 2

months now or more. I'am still coughing and bringing something, but it isn't GROSS looking like a short time having this fisasco. I believe I had a disfuntional immune system ALREADY SET IN PLACE BEFORE I GOT THIS SARCOIDOSIS. Remember long time ago when I said my lymphocrite white blood perchanage blood count back in Mar. 2000 was only 8.6%. A healthy indivual is suppose to have 20% (the minium amount) to 40% (the maxium amount) for anybody in the world that doesn't have any disease whatsoever. I just have a "gut" feeling that being on Prednisone or those others I'll have colds or flu yearlong amoung assortment of those bad side affects. Well anyway I would like this rhemy doc have me go to have MRI's on both my legs to "see" where all this inflammatary junk is doing. Bye, (rambling on ) or you can call me if you wish (Ha! Ha! Ha!) tiodaat@...

Yet because she had to stay overnight at the hospital, the extra costs that are involved of this in itself maybe would be her responsibilty.,Her surgeon and MD can write a letter to the Medicaid people explaining the problem, and YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE out of

pocket expense. They need to justify the fact she had complications--and needed to be treated in-patient. I'm sure they'll follow-up--if they don't talk to them. Don't let them get away with billing you for this.wishing You and Kathy good health,TracieNS Co-owner/moderator
