Guest guest
Bonnie, if your neuro isn't familiar with sarc, I'd strongly suggest taking one or two articles from the links section for him to read. He may be capable, but if he's not up to date on sarc he won't realize that there are alternatives to long term Prednisone. You can access the Links on the bottom of any of the group messages. You may have to type in your Yahoo ID & password. Several good ones to check out & print are the first one listed, "Infliximab (Remicade)," "Facts about Sarcoidosis," "Medlines Neurosarc Document," "Natl. Institutes of Health," and be sure to get "Prednisone Pro & Con Debate." They think it's MS, neurosarc or whatever. My neuro isnt all that familiat with sarc but seems very capable. Much better than the last one!! IIm nervous about all the tests but know I have to find some answers as I had more neuropathy than I knew about. Always fun to find out!!
