Guest guest
, I was a really good tree climber, I was actually better than my brothers at it, they were both a year a part, and younger than me. so that left me with the advantage over them, or at least till they became teens then the battle was lost, they were just stronger than me. We own a small farm here in TN, and we grew corn, and tobacco. Thankfully I didn't have to do a lot of the manual labor, but it was my job to drive the tractor, and I'd accidently let off the clutch to fast and the wagon would jerk and knock over what they had gathered.. lol I didn't do it on purpose, but they would bad mouth me till I'd had enough then I'd jump off the tractor and the battle was on.. we did more fighting than we did working, but hey that's what we did for fun.. lol T -- Re: Flicka I don't really remember Sky King either. The name isfamiliar though. We must all be fairly close in age.I'm 51. Oh yea, that hole to China but we couldn't digmuch in the yard but down the street was an empty lotwith a hill in it & we sure dug down there. There weresome trees too that we would climb. OK, my brotherscould climb I attempted it. LOL I was clumbsy then & not the athletic type. I could ride my bike with thebest of them & I spent as much time at the roller rinkas my little $3 allowance would spare. We had a localrun down show not too many blocks away & Sundaymatinees were about 25 or 35 cents....Way differentthan now a days & it's $8 or $9 to get in to see somecrap with way too much cleavage & no plot.grannylunatic@...__________________________________________________
