double stroller/wheelchair

Hello:

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction here. Hailey is very tall & now 46 lbs, Brenna is 36 lbs. They are to tall to fit in the double stroller we have and I still need something for them to use when out. Do you know if anyone makes a double wheelchair stroller or a typical double stroller that would fit them?
