Rose, I still have your address in a e-mail you sent out that I didn't erased. We have to get the pictures developed then I could sent this in the mail to you. Tracie may know of this information I'll state being she is from California. I looked at different subjects in this Ski Magazine internet newsletter that I get as a e-mail. What I looked up tonight is what Tracie may have heard before. In this newsletter it listed Mt. Rose Ski Resort, Nevada and their snow base depth (or thickness) at this resort. 104" - 164" for this resort. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US YOU HAD A RESORT NAMED AFTER YOUR- SELF?????? Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Just a coinwhenisdence (I know this is mispelled) in namesake only. I went to the V.A. Health Clinic and seen my Old Fart primary care doctor. He put in a referal for me to see a Rhemy doc. I'am not like some who state was in going on with themselves like M., but I'am worned

out some in trying to combat this sinus cold and this rhemy pain. When I was at the clinic today I ran across an article in Arthistis Today Magazine. This told about anti-inflammatary type foods a person can take. Such as tuna, salmon, walnuts, brossel sprots in this Mar/Apr issue. Rose wrote: Yeah, dude, send it on! Do you still have my address? Monday Afternoon HereDate: Mon, 6 Mar 2006 15:56:53 -0800 (PST) Hello, I went to the V.A. clinic this afternoon because this coughing has been real bad at times. Just like last winter coughing at times I think I'am going to "gag" to death of this sinus crap this is unfit for man, woman, child's consumption whether by accident or by doing this on purpose. I didn't see my primary care doc because he was all booked up. I have a regular appt. this Thursday with him, but this coughing was bad. Y'all would say, "just buy over-the-counter cough medcine". Well we don't have money even for this lately.

By going to a doc at this clinic, my medcines be put on my "tab". Well after a miscue by my doc (he forgot to put this info of medcines in the computer) and myself (I forgot to tell the pharmarist about two unrelated prescriptions refill) I got out of there about 4:30 p.m. Tracie, you said before that I should go to emergency at a hospital, well I never did. The fever broke after three days but did come back part of a day and gone again. Now I think this may have been symptoms of the flu, yet I got a flu shot this last December. I think if I was taking that dastarly Dr. Jeckle / Mr. Hyde drug called Prednisone, I'd very well be having symptoms of a cold or the flu forever and a day. I'll go back to the clinic this Thursday at talk to that old fart doctor of mind and tell everything. I want to have M.R.I.'s on both of my legs which I should have done last year or before that. What are the symptoms of sarcoid in the

sinuses other than pain? I may very well this developing in my sinuses now. Other stuff. Kathy may get this mini-van that we have been using to do those paperoutes permaintely by Angel signing the title over to her. I seen her old Chevy Calivaler at the junk yard today. The driver's side window is busted out and dented in alot on that side. Front end torn all up. It's going to be hard to pay this debt on this car and she and I are not working. Kathy's pending surgery will delay this even more. This surgery is March 17th I believe. These times this past 18 months writing here that I've said I had suicdal thoughts was ALL because of NON-SARCOID / HEALTH ISSUES. I think this sarcoid is a contributing factor to WHY I'am depressed but again nothing about those bad suicdal thoughts. Things I've have done that I never written about that could be good for anyone to be involved in that can or even

will take those depressed thoughts away. I'll write about this subject matter perhaps latter this week. Rose, Kathy took a picture of me this morning but is just plain ole' me. It is not a SCARRY PICTURE. I could send this in to you when this picture gets delevoped. Bye, P.S. My right lens on my sunglasses "popped" out and I need to have this repaired at Ann Arbor V.A. where I got them. I'am senisative to the sunlight even on cloudy days. Relax. Yahoo! , that sounds like my kind of place--snow over my head! The snowfall we had here last week was about one inch & lasted a day.

I thought of you last night while watching the news. There was a segment about VA care. One guy was a Vietnam vet & his dad was a WWII vet. The nearest VA hospital is 250 miles away. The guy has two sons in Iraq & he's worried about them if they need health care when they get home. Other vets just back from Iraq & Afghanistan said they got great care just after coming home, but now it takes months or even a year to get an appt. One young guy is in a wheelchair & can't get to the VA clinic for physical therapy because it's so far. It seems like they could provide more P.T. sites, at least. Oh, and the VA uses made-up statistics about waits for appts, etc. Big surprise there.

Well, I'll be eagerly awaiting the picture of the "Real ." BTW, I named a fish after you in my virtual aquarium.

Bye,

P.S. My right lens on my sunglasses "popped" out and I need to have this repaired at Ann Arbor V.A. where I got them. I'am senisative to the sunlight even on cloudy days.

Rose, Did you or anyone else look up that information I said was in these two different magazines? The magazines names and page(s) that these articles were on I had listed in those e-mails I sent out earlier this week. What's with this fish tank? I looked in the photo section of #4 photo (or was #5) and I saw only one fish. I clicked where it said medium/large and did large there and seen only one more fish. By the way, I should be a dogfish in this tank. Where you had my name I didn't see any fish at all. THAT SOUNDS FISHY TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This sinus crap is just that, crap. My "old fart" primary care doc gave me a prescription for more anti-botics. I tell ya, just like last winter season, this persisent coughing is enough to drive anybody to the NUTHOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This stuff has come out when I blow my nose and/or when coughing. On the way over to this

library, I sneezed and this stuff came flying through the air and landed on my Columbia spring jacket. On my hands and face. I know y'all are saying, "GARY, THAT STUFF IS GROSS AND GROSS TALKING ABOUT IT". But y'all got to see the comedy of this silly nonsence happening don't you????????? But it's hard to resolve this when you have this URGE to blow the nose, getting tissues/napkins when you are driving. All I say about myself is this, HA! HA! HA! HA! It looks like we will have ownership of that minivan we've been using. It's not the best transportation with price of gasoline these days with a larger vehicle than that Chevy Calivarer. Back to those photos in the photo section. Rose, that picture of Kathy, Reba when she was a baby and myself in the NS Family Album was taken about Summer 1978. I took a count of my drugs yesterday of total how many that I should be taking and it

comes to 17. If I add over-the-counter ones it would be 3 more. I know what Ron was saying lately about this "backed up to the North Pole sydrome" (my induced humor here). Rose, I thought you were 54. In a e-mail to this new gal, Tammy, you said you were 57. Are you trying to pull everyone's ankle, funny bone, arm, or whatever?????? Now I think

this may have been symptoms of the flu, yet I got a flu shot this last December. What are the symptoms of sarcoid in the sinuses other than pain? I may very well this developing in my sinuses now. Other stuff. Kathy may get this mini-van that we have been using to do those paperoutes permaintely by Angel signing the title over to her. I seen her old Chevy Calivaler at the junk yard today. The driver's side window is busted out and dented in alot on that side. Front end torn all up. It's going to be hard to pay this debt on this car and she

and I are not working. Kathy's pending surgery will delay this even more. This surgery is March 17th I believe. These times this past 18 months writing here that I've said I had suicdal thoughts was ALL because of NON-SARCOID / HEALTH ISSUES. , I haven't looked up those articles, but I had recently done an

Internet search because several of my family members have

a " superbug " . I posted a pretty lengthy message about it. We all

need to stay aware of this situation because of our suppressed immune

systems. The most important thing is still good old-fashioned

handwashing with plain soap & water.

Re: the fish tank, there are now 3 photos. The first one with the

names doesn't show several fish because they were down by the rocks &

plants. The second one I took after putting some food in, so

everyone but Tracie went up to get some food. Part of your fish

shows between the plant leaves. Some of the other fish are hard to

see because somebody else is in front of them. It's hard to get all

the fish to pose nicely! I'll keep working at it. You are actually

an Angelfish, like Terri & Kim. Terri is full-grown; you & Kim are

babies. Ain't that sweet?

Last year I had a sinus infection that dragged on for weeks. What

was weird was that I would blow my nose, think it was clear, then a

big glob of stuff would just fall out! Then I would blow some more &

get handfuls (like you said, you can't control it very well). It

took 2 rounds of antibiotics to finally clear it up.

I really am 57; maybe I just look 54! I was born in 1949, graduated

high school Class of 1967; next year we'll have our 40th reunion.

For the 35th, we had a pretty good turnout. We only had 77 kids in

our class & most of us still live in central Indiana. We have one

guy who lives in Texas & he comes to every reunion.

Well, behave yourself if possible. Remember, if you go drag racing

that minivan you'll really get lousy mileage. Rose
