Guest guest
Janet > In the diet, sulfur amino acids are readily available in animal protein foods such as meat, fish, poultry, egg yolks, and milk. Grains and legumes have lower amounts of the sulfur amino acids. Onions, garlic, cabbage, brussell sprouts, and broccoli also contain important bioactive sulfur compounds. > This list of foods is again short of key foods for vegans. Brazil nuts, sesame seeds, soya, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, almonds, cashews, lentils are all excellent to good suppliers of sulphur. The mercury/enzyme information is really good and it makes me think. Would the steady consumption of lipoic acid grab the mercury coming out of the bile ducts and take it through the intestinal wall back into the blood stream ? Just thinking. Moses.
