Yes, please feel free to pass it along. And if Dr. Shaw has any

comments or corrections, those are welcome too. I am going to

forward this to Dr. Holme's office and see if she has comments. She

may have some trends she has noticed with her patients.

Devin answered some questions for me and so I included his opinion

along with other references, only please don't hold him responsible

for it . The idea was to come up with some basic principles to

help people dealing with this. As other things become available, I

plan on amending and modifying the file.
