I watched my diet and got tons and tons of exercise, but I returned home so swollen in my hands feet and ankles that it is actually a bit painful. Got on the scale this morning...up fourteen lbs in five days. So I made a doctors appointment for Fri. Hopefully I can get rid of this swelling SOON.
