Ota, now you are in my “Mala’s” area, I fix them as a main course with noodles, I make them big not small, and we all from Sveeden love them. My auntie used to make them two ways, both with meat mixture of pork and ground beef added the spcies, one of which is mace, I remember. brown gravy for family and use cream for "fancy".
