I'm going to be in and out over the next day or so. If your questions and posts don't get answered for a day or so-- know that we will get to you-- somehow, all of us have ended up in flares or surgery or pneumonia -- all at once. So we're tag teaming-- and having to follow the advice we give all of you. We're having to pace ourself, and take care of us. I know we have some "newbies" out there-- if you have questions, concerns, issues-- whatever- you've found a warm, loving, nutso, family to help out. Our ARCHIVES and LINKS have alot of information about this disease, and articles you can print out and take to the MD with you. Did you have to lose power? I hear stuff on the news about thousands being without power & I can't even imagine it. When we were getting into the mid-90's day after day, I could hardly bear it. I froze damp towels to lay over my face, belly, anywhere to help cool off. And this was with a.c. & lots of fans! Even now, late at night, I've got the a.c. on & two fans blowing in my face. My heart just goes out to those suffering in the heat.
