Guest guest
We live in NY, and a waiver program is State Medicaid with it based on my Daughter's disability, not our income. We have been getting Pull up's and Goodnights free for over 18mo. Becca is 9 1/2 and the expense was killing us! With the Medicaid Waiver, we also get Service Coordination, which also helps tremendously. I've always been a strong advocate for her, but it really helps to have a " pro " on your side. I suggest that you contact a program near you, i.e., Catholic Charities, or ARC, and ask to speak to someone in Family Support regarding getting Service Coordination and the Waiver Services, if it's available to you. Good luck!!
