how do I open attachments?

I can never open one of the attachments could someone tell me how to

do this?

You may want to go into your computer--into the settings for your emails-- and see if you are blocking or have a "firewall" that stops the attachments from opening.

Is your's a PC or a Mac?

Most attachments are .JPEG or .html-- if you have these blocked, you won't be opening the attachments.

Do make sure that you have a good virus blocker--one that's up to date.
