Rose,

Debbie and Tracie are working on notifications to the ChatRoom, I'm not exactly sure when the Faith Based Chats are but the Regular Chat's are scheduled for Thursday evening 8pm to 9 pm (Central) and Sunday afternoon 3pm - 4pm (Cemtral). But to answer your question, Nope the notifications are not right. I think Debbie has added them to the calendar, and Tracie has added them to the end of the messages. You no longer need a Password to enter the individual rooms. But you do have to have one to enter the chat system, that's the one that you choose for you're personal identification.

Hope this helps,

Dearest, sweetest , first let me say how much I appreciate all the work you have put into the chat rooms, the notices, etc. But . . . . . I have a teensy-weensy little concern. The cute little notices today said that both chats were on Saturday, July 8. That ain't right, is it? Also, down below the messages, where the chat info is, should we add the password to the sarc lounge, or can we get in without it now?

Now, for the miracle! I've been griping for weeks about my email being messed up; getting messages a day or two late or never. I couldn't get any useful help from Hotmail or Yahoo. I had finally decided today that I was going to switch back to Outlook Express, even though the switch to Hotmail was a mess; I forgot to notify my bank, utilities, etc. Kept wondering why I was getting email notices of my phone bills, etc. Well, I got on tonight planning to start working on the switch back after I got caught up on email. I went through all the mail in my inbox, then went to Archives to get all the messages I had missed, and there weren't any! I had gotten all the messages sent to the group! Now it could just be a fluke & tomorrow will bring the usual late & lost messages, but I'm going to wait & see, because I really don't want to have to switch email addresses again & try to think of everybody to notify. This has been a real stressor & time consumer for me, so keep your fingers crossed, unless it hurts.

Marla, I don't know what exact time zone you're in, but I did notice yesterday when I was in the chatroom that you were like 3 hours behind me. It was 3:00pm here and the time in the chatroom was like 12:00 noon. If that's the case, then Ron is on Est time which is one hour ahead of me , which would make it 4 hours ahead of you.. Scroll down on this email to the very very end where Tracie has anounced the times for Est, Cst, and Pst, see if you fit into one of these groups if not maybe need to let Tracie know and maybe she can add your time zone.

Hugs as always, and thanks for the blessings,

I don't think we need to have Joe do anything but put up the current time in his time zone. I'm talking about the clock in the chat room itself.

We will post ---- IN FACT I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THE TIMES FOR THE CHATS.

All everyone needs to do is use their personal calenders in their own programs- whether they are AOL or Yahoo or Whatever-- and set it to remind them. Then we don't have to do more than give them the time and day.

For example, my AOL has a personal calendar. I can put in the times of the chats-- and then tell it to remind me on that day, or a couple of days ahead of time. It's my choice.

If we all did this for ourself, then people could get into the chatroom and talk rather than be trying to email someone to find out if there is a chat.

THE TIME AND DAYS OF THE CHATS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS EMAIL-- AND EACH AND EVERY EMAIL FROM THE GROUP. SCROLL DOWN-- AND YOU'LL SEE IT AND THE SITE LINK AT THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE EMAILS.
