When you mentioned that your son got the measles from the immunization, it made me really think that immune deficiency stuff is definitely going on. It is known and published that children and adults with primary immune deficiency should NOT get the live vaccines because they do not make the antibody response necessary for immunity and end up getting the disease. Dead vaccines are fine, but no, no, no live ones for these kids. There's a wonderful site called if you look up Primary Immune Deficiency Foudnation (it's the national website for these disorders).
