Guest guest Posted May 13, 2001 Report Share Posted May 13, 2001 My Name is Lynn and I have been researching all ogf the different types of surgery and come to the conclusion that I think the ds is exactly what I am looking for. I have my first consult with Dr Booth this coming Tuesday and I am getting very anxious. Now that I have the appointment I have been trying to form a list of questions and am having a hard time. I have read sooo much information that I am not sure what to say. Can anyone tell me what to expect on this first visit and what if anything I need to bring with me? Also I have BCBS of Florida and Anthem BCBS of Ohio. Does anyone know anything about them and what I should expect from them? You people have been so much help to me with this desition.
