Guest guest Posted February 29, 2004 Report Share Posted February 29, 2004 Bethany, My daughter had a T & A last summer, she has severe CNS dysfunction due to mito. She did very well for her, and spent 6 days inpatient because of her issues. The biggest concerns are post surgery inflammation and bleeding, and shedding the scab 10 to 14 days later.
