To Iowa Girls (medicaid issue-?)

I was wondering what the different meds Iowa girls have been able to get covered through Medicaid. Have you been able to get COQ10, Vit E, Vit. B12, or Carnitor covered? If so, how did you do it? We just started receiving Medicaid through the brain injury waiver for Asenath and already are having a problem getting stuff covered. If anyone knows how to get them covered please let me know.
