I had the COQ10 covered for a while as the pharmacy I used had a COQ10 powder that had an NDC #. I also had 7 of the 12 supplements compounded into a capsule and the pharmacy made up a generic NDC # and Iowa Medicaid accepted it. You should have no problem with the Carnitor as it has an NDC# and is only available by prescription. There were a couple of them we just paid out-of-pocket because they were so inexpensive, like the Vitamin E. Good luck getting everything covered. Happy Birthday to Asenath tomorrow!
