For neuropathic pain a tricyclic antidepressant will help your Neurontin and

narcotic work better. How much Neurontin do you take?

Methadone and Duragesic are both good drugs. The major difference is cost.

Duragesic is VERY expensive and Methadone is very cheap. How much Percocet do

you take now for breakthrough pain? Do you take Oxycontin 20mg twice a day?

Sounds like you just need your meds readjusted.

Also, for fatigue from chronic narcotic use I would recommend Ritalin 5-10mg

in AM and noon.

I don know that the only other thing you can start taking is the methodone my girl friend has to take several pain meds and i do know they do start to not take a good affect after a while .. but be careful doing this they are very addictive but it goes from the weekes to the strongest is ...lortabs, percocetes, oxycotins, methadones and watch your liver it will affect you ... i hope you find somthing that will help you ... your friend shannon
