Guest guest
Our experience has been identical. My girls were supposed to be seen for follow up visits late October or early November. The “schedulers” never called. When I called to inquire I was told a mix of schedule not yet open, schedule full and closed, “are you sure your children were supposed to be seen?”, etc. It took several months to actually get their appointments scheduled for this week (we leave for Cleveland tomorrow and have appointments with Dr. Cohen and neuro-ophthamology). My girls actually have been to Mayo Clinic for two appointments in between (actually they were referred to Mayo by Dr. Cohen). Fortunately Dr. Whiteman and Dr. Cohen have been very good at communicating and coordinating their care in the interim.
