Guest guest
We just got back from Disneyland. The fast pass is only available on certain popular rides (as if they aren't all popular) like Small World. It is great for the rides they offer it on. You just go to the ride and stick your park admission ticket into a machine. The machine gives you tickets back with a time on it such as 1:10 to 2:10. You can then go do other things and come back to that ride any time during the designated hour. We used it several times and just walked by the super long lines. Guest guest
, At WDW in FL there's a Guest Assistance Pass which will allow someone with a disability to use the Fastpass line, which described, without sticking their ticket in and waiting for the appointment time--they can go right into the Fastpass line with their family. The Guest Assistance Pass is designed for people who, because of medical reasons, can't handle the lines, heat, fatigue, etc. To get the pass, you go to Guest Services at the front of the park and explain your child's circumstances. However, you may not need that--I have heard that children on wish trips who go to WDW in FL get a pass or button that allows them to go to the front of lines and get other special treatment because Disney understands that most of the children on wish trips are medically fragile. Perhaps the group organizing your trip could tell you if this is how it works at Disneyland in CA. Have fun!!! -- Mom to: Emilie (17), mito--complex IV, cp, ld Kaitlin (17), cp, asthma, a few autonomic symptoms Ian (22) migraines ....and wife to Tim, who has a heart of gold
