My daughters have used CoQ10 for almost a year and they seemed fine to take it when I poked a hole and squeezed the content out and mixed with other food (I recall the taste was plain but I am not sure). Today I gave my daughters new CoQ10 that I reordered from the same company and they refused to take the CoQ10, so I tasted it and the taste was very bitter.
