Thanks, . He's not eating much of anything right now. He had some grapes

for breakfast but no breads etc. I am going to see if he'll eat lunch, so

I'll give him a half dose of enzymes with it & see how he does.

Take care,

Michele

Michele,

If he has a stomach flu, it is sometimes recommended to go off

enzymes so as not to irritate a sensitive stomach. However, my son

recently had the stomach flu and I made the choice to keep him on the

enzymes. I am terrified of the return of the opioid effect, so I

kept the enzymes going, but at a lower dose. He was eating small

amounts of food anyway, so not as much enzyme was needed. If your

son does not have stomach flu, I can't see why you'd need to take him

off the enzymes and they may actually help with the immune system.

,

We are going through the same thing right now, although my son is

feeling better today. We are sticking with the enzymes when he does

eat. I didn't give then the other day when he was feeling really bad

and he threw up a few times. Maybe it wasn't related, but I didn't

see how enzymes could hurt. Everything else we have been getting in

when we could.

One thought though on the colloidal silver which I assume is for

yeast... In Oct. my son had an ear infection and was on antibiotics

(his first course ever). I was unable to get his nystatin into him,

and I suspected a yeast flare up afterwards. It could have been a

regression from the antibiotics (which I don't think is GFCF), but I

would keep up the yeast treatment, if you can, to prevent a flare up.

Best wishes,

H

Sounds like things are looking up. I hate it when there sick--as if

we need one more complication!!

Glad to hear your little guy is feeling better. My son in better,

but majorly regressing. He's on antibiotics (see my post on this

topic) and we're away from home. Any way I hope you get back on

track soon.

Hi ,

I'm so sorry he's feeling so poorly. was better yesterday it seems than

today. He didn't sleep well & is in a bad mood today; he's been head butting

& tantruming etc. He's got a bad cough; very mucousy, so I've started him

his little brother on some homeopathics for cough. I'm also going to continue

with colloidal silver to hopefully reduce chances of it going any further

into a full blown infection. This is day 4 of that. I'll go the 10 for them

both. I'm giving him his enzymes, but this morning he's not eating well.

This definitely has set him back as well & his behavior has regressed. I hope

your little guy starts feeling better soon. I guess we'll just have to pick

up again when we're through this.

Blessings,

Michele
