How long did it take for your stitches to dissolve?

They told me it normally takes about 10 days for the stitches to

dissolve (or perhaps they meant it takes 10 days for them to start

dissolving), but I'm on day 16 and they're still hanging in there. I

can see them, and it does appear that at least some of them have come

loose, but they're not coming out, so I'm wondering how much longer it

will take. I'm anxious to be rid of the things!

If you've already been through this, how long did it take yours to

dissolve?
