Hi , welcome to the board.

I don't know if you have found the Files section or not so I will

send you some of the basic ones on what to expect when you start

enzymes, mixing suggestions, and what the different enzymes are for.

That should overload you for awhile. lol. You can also get some good

info from the FAQ section at

http://www.houstonni.com/pages/enzyme_faq.html

Are you on a probiotic yet? I imagine so...what kind? Some

probiotics also produce digestive enzymes. There is a lot of

information on probiotics as well as enzymes at www.serenaid.org and

www.kirkmanlabs.com.

>>but two yeasts and high allergic reaction to grapes, corn,

peanuts, tomatoes and garlic.

Just a warning. None of the enzymes so far have worked well on

peanuts, so maybe not expect too much for that food item. But they

work well on most everything else.

Dana has a wonderful collection of phenol information. Here is the

link: (Dark eye circles, red face, hyper, laughing, headache, night

waking) http://home.pacbell.net/cscomp/phenol.htm

There are some supplements which might help with phenols as well.

Some people find the Zyme Prime enzymes help some. Magnesium can

help with some of the symptoms, so can sulfur (in the form of MSM or

epsom salts).

Just post if you have any questions.

I understand your frustration completely!!! My son 3 1/2 diagnosed in

October with Autism/Aspergerger's ( a very picky eater) with no known

allergeries,I wanted to start him on the gcf diet but didn't want to

take his foods away from him and didn't have the money to buy new

foods, so I chose the enzymes and debated about it for for 2 monthes.

Noah has been on the Houston enzymes for about a week and a half, non

gcf Eats Every regular food around, and is showing improvenments

daily!!! I had the same What if's Because it is scary at first you

never want to give something to hurt your child, but the wonderful

thing is that if you ever start to see a harmful bad side effect you

can STOP IMMEDIETELY, But the one thing that was getting me was What

if I Didn't try and they did help? So I had to go for it, and I am on

the enzyme road to recovery so to speak, so You are in the right

place!!! Janet
